Tips
Tip 1
Recap old topics regularly! It’s important to keep your knowledge of all topics fresh and ticking over, it will save you re-learning whole topics later on. To do this we best recommend past papers or other worksheets that have a mix of old topics you have been through to see what you remember and then revise what you forgot.
Tip 2
Know where you went wrong when checking answers. Make sure you understand your mistakes so you’re less likely to repeat them. Go other the topic again with your teacher, watch Youtube videos, do practice question. Avoid making the same mistakes. If you spot a topic you hate, conquer it!
Tip 3
Practice past paper questions. Using past papers in your revision is key. It’s the best way to prepare you for your real exams because it’s like a free shot at it. Make sure to know your exam board so you’re only practicing things that you need. Different exam boards test on different topics so don’t do unnecessary work.
(different exam boards only apply to GCSE)
